Household consumption and evolution of employment rate in Spain 2007-2021

The employment rate and household consumption are two indicators that are directly related. In this statistic, it is compared the year-on-year variation rate of the employment and of the household consumption in Spain, in the fourth quarter of 2021, 2020, of 2007, before the economic crisis, and of 2015, when Spain was starting to recover from the crisis. As it can be seen, the household consumption hasn't suffered too negatively in the last quarter of 2021.
