This statistic shows the share of respondents who were extremely or somewhat satisfied when booking with a travel agent from 2012 to 2016. During the survey which ended May 2015, 60 percent of survey respondents stated they were either extremely or somewhat satisfied when booking with a travel agent in the twelve months leading up to the survey.
