M&A activity in Ukraine: largest deals 2023
In Ukraine, the highest-valued merger and acquisition (M&A) deal that took place in 2023 involved the acquisition of a 36-percent stake of Kernel Holding. This deal cost 112.5 million euros, the price paid by Andriy Verevsky, a private investor from Ukraine. The second-highest M&A deal was the 103.2 million-euro-acquisition of the Mining Company Ukrnaftoburinnya.
