This statistic illustrates the results of a survey conducted in 2014 among 2,803 consumers in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. The survey respondents were asked if they use self-checkouts in supermarkets. The survey revealed that 73 percent of respondents aged 65 years and older use self-checkouts in supermarkets.
