During a 2021 survey carried out among marketers in the United States, 82 percent of respondents pointed to e-mail marketing as their most used direct marketing channel in all campaign types (B2B and B2C). By comparison, direct mail marketing was named by 38 percent of responding marketers, indicating that this more traditional marketing channel was still widely used.
