Global Snapchat teen usage penetration 2016
This statistic gives information on the percentage of mobile teenage internet users in selected countries who are active Snapchat users. As of the third quarter of 2016, the Snapchat penetration rate among UK teen internet users was 84 percent. Since spring 2016 and up to the current survey period, Snapchat ranks as the most popular social network for U.S. teens with 39 percent of survey respondents claiming it to be their most important social network. During the fourth quarter of 2016, Snapchat reported 158 million daily active users worldwide.
