In a survey conducted across Southeast Asian markets in September 2023, 64 percent of the respondents in Singapore stated that they would be comfortable with telehealth consultations for medication and prescription needs. In Indonesia, 22 percent of the respondents stated that they would not be comfortable with any of the mentioned telehealth consultation types.
