Attitude of spectators regarding soccer games in the J. League 2020-2021, by item
In a survey conducted in November 2021 pertaining to the attitude of stadium audiences at J. League matches in Japan, the willingness to keep going to stadiums to cheer for one's team scored highest among all items, with 81.3 points. The surveys used the Net Promoter Score (NPS) method to gauge several aspects with regard to the attitudes of audiences spectating professional soccer games.
