Virtual and in-person care preference Singapore 2019, by generation
According to a survey on digital health, 87 percent of respondents who belonged to baby boomers generation in Singapore preferred physical, in-person experiences with doctors and other medical professionals to virtual or digital experiences as of December 2019. Across generations, younger consumers, especially millenials seemed to be more open to virtual care over in-person.
