Most of the tourism businesses in Kenya expected the possibility of employee reduction in 2020 due to impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Around 74 percent of the organizations indicated the very likely possibility of lay-offs, while only 4.1 percent were not likely to dismiss staff members.
