Coronavirus: consumer willingness to visit movie theaters U.S. 2020
A survey held in the United States revealed that 22 percent of consumers said that if every seat were sanitized in between movies, they would be much more likely to visit a movie theater before their state met the required benchmarks for re-opening the economy during the coronavirus outbreak. This was the most popular precaution among consumers, whereas the idea of theaters having shortened hours and offering fewer movie screenings than normal were less likely to encourage consumers to visit cinemas.
