Seoul and many other large Asian cities have seen huge growth levels in their foreign-born residents in recent years. Even though the number of foreigners living in the South Korean capital has doubled in the last decade, it still doesn't rank among the very top cities worldwide for residents born abroad.
2015's World Migration Report compiled by the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) found that 83 percent of people living in Dubai were born in other countries. Brussels hosts a number of key EU institutions as well as the NATO headquarters. Approximately six out of every 10 residents in the Belgian capital comes from another country.
