Singaporeans falsely believing fake news 2018
This statistic depicts the share of respondents who have falsely believed a fake news story as of August 2018, by age group. During the period surveyed, when asked if they have falsely believed a news story was real until they found out otherwise, 55 percent of respondents between 15 to 24 years agreed or strongly agreed. In comparison, only 39 percent of respondents between 55 to 65 years admitted that they have done so.
