Share of people engaging in online learning in European countries 2020, by gender
By 2020, 26 percent of male and 27 percent of female internet users in the European Union (EU-27) used the internet to take part in any form of online learning activities. Men and women in Greece were least likely to do so, with only 16 and 15 percent. Also below the EU-27 average were Poland and Italy. Denmark, Spain, and the Netherland on the other hand were among the countries with the highest share of people using online learning.
