Cervical cancer in Africa attributable to HPV in 2018, by country
It was estimated that in 2018 there were 75.3 cervical cancer cases per 100,000 women in Swaziland that could be attributable to Human Papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is the most common sexually transmitted disease worldwide. HPV increases the likelihood of developing certain types of cancers. Most cervical cancer cases are due to HPV.
