Lombardy was the Italian region with the highest number of stores for lottery games in 2022. That year, there were over 4,900 shops selling lottery games and nearly 5,300 stores for national lottery games in that region. Campania ranked second in the list, with 3,553 lottery stores and almost 4,000 shops for national lottery games in 2022.
