As of 2019, corporations in the Netherlands appeared to pay more attention to time to hire than other key performance indicators in recruitment. Close to 65 percent of recruiters and recruitment managers surveyed indicated time to hire was measured by their agency or corporation. Meanwhile, corporations and agencies appeared to pay less attention to quality of hire and sourcing ratio, with just 13 percent of respondents indicating that sourcing ratio was measured.
